@cbajana8000 I know it’s hard not to spiral, but try to breathe. I actually like to take a couple really deep breaths and then kind of blow them all the way out, this for what ever reason allows me to refocus a bit.
Unfortunately waiting is your reality until Tuesday, then you will wait a little more for results. Ask any cancer survivor and they will tell you this is one of the hardest things. Although I am still crossing all my fingers and toes that it turns out to be something else, the waiting is the same.
One tip I have learned for myself is to set aside the 30 minute worry time, then if I start to spin I can tell myself to wait until the worry time. This technique works if I can stay pretty busy during the day.

For me walking is the best way to calm down. Take a long walk and listen to your favorite music or audiobooks.
Keep in mind that even if the results are not what you hope for, breast cancer is treatable. We just have to go through the treatments and keep enjoying life after that. Hugs.
