My husband never had surgery because it had already metastasized to the liver with many lesions. But he had radiation to kill the tumor in the pancreas in February of 2025 and started chemotherapy again 6 weeks later. 3 months sounds awfully long. Many of his lesions seem to be dead now.
I would get a second opinion on that.
He is still doing very well on the Gemcitabine and Abraxane. It’s almost 4 years now. Keep the hope and fight for answers.
