My opinion, give your left knee time to heal properly. I would wait at least a year.
I had left knee partial in 2021, and had a great recovery. I waited three more years for my right knee. This recovery was down right brutal and difficult for me. But I only had to concentrate one one knee recovery at a time.

I whole-heartedly second your opinion! TKR is just too tough and takes way too long to recover from. To try to do both knees in the same year is crazy. Whatever surgeon suggested that is crazy, and has obviously never tried to recover from one, let alone two. I hope dinos100 finds another surgeon who has some common sense.
