I have often used a walk-in lab for simple procedures. Any Lab Test Now is the one I have used and they do a good job. Maybe go to a walk-in lab and have a urinalysis, if all is clear then that will ease your mind.

@jeff1963 Thank you for your reply. I looked them up and none are located where we live. Good idea but seems that you need a prescription for the lab here. When the doctor’s office calls back I will inquire.
