Severe tortuosity and redundant colon

@julsnealey Ugh! I feel like you are describing my life! I have had 17 abdominal surgeries for various medical issues. The most recent was a hysterectomy. I think that is what did it in. My GI doc said my entire colon is smushed on the right of my abdomen and has compressed my bladder into a U shape. I have found that I cannot eat anything with corn and my favorite vegetables like broccoli will cause a back up. It is like take my breath away pain. Have you tried linzess? It seems to be helping with the constipation.
Hang in there, I am sorry you are going through this, but it is comforting to know someone else is experiencing these symptoms. Safety in numbers?

@nurseangela It is so hard to deal with on a daily basis and remain optimistic. If I find any answers or things that help I will let you know. Thinking of you.
