Thank you for leads. I will follow-up.

My KC neurologist diagnosed me with Alzheimer's, but the neurosurgeon in Kansas City said that it was NPH after my laminectomy. He didn't know why I had NPH, but speculated that it was associated with the various concessions I've had over the years. I have no confidence at all with the various neurologists that I've met in Memphis, Are there any that you would suggest? Thank you!

Many of us who post on Connect have had similar stories of being misdiagnosed or misunderstood by doctors and we can understand how frustrating it is. I know that you must feel frustrated because of all of the conflicting diagnoses you have received. I can only add to what has already been said that a second opinion would be your best option right now.

You definitely need to talk to a medical center (like Mayo) who can sort through all of your tests, medical records and talk with you to help you find an answer. Does this sound like a good idea to you as well?
