@dfloyd1133 I was diagnosed with a redundant torturous colon in 2023 and I have been searching for answers solutions ever since. As soon as I think, I have an under control with diet and exercise and meditation bam a flareup. And the flareups are coming more often and more intense. The last one had me in bed for two days with excruciating pain. I had emptied my bowels, but it felt like every inch of my colon was inflamed and on fire. I am at my wits end. I’m 73 years old. I have lots of energy, but I can’t make any plans because of my unpredictability of my colon issues. It has affected every aspect of my life. And it is so difficult to explain to people why you can’t drink alcohol why fiber doesn’t help and why you have to eat certain foods and avoid others. My wish of living a somewhat normal life in the last season of my life has vanished. Is there anyone out there can give me any kind of hope at all🙏

@debschmitt I am 86 years old and I have a twisted tortuous colon. I have been constipated for years. I use laxatives. Unfortunately I know one day they may not work at all. I have considered the sigmoid resectioning surgery, but I feel at this point. I'll just have to live with what I have and hope for the best.
