Hello Bergem. Thank you for sharing your concerns on Mayo Clinic Connect. Unfortunately, we cannot make specific treatment recommendations through this correspondence because we are not medical providers.

However, I would like to help connect you with other people who have possibly experienced the same medications you are questioning. I would like to introduce you to member @vthatch whom has mentioned taking Ranexa. @vthatch, if youre comfortable, would you mind sharing your experience with Ranexa?

Also, here is some information I was able to find on candidiasis on the Mayo Clinic webpage. http://mayocl.in/2spXmYm and here is a link to use and side effects on Fluconazole http://mayocl.in/2sMHMbI. I hope this helps you with your research.

@bergem, Have you had bloating or weight loss with this diagnosis?

I would be happy to share about my experience with Ranexa. Although I am no longer needing to take it.

no I have no bloating and have not lost any weight

Please share your experience with Ranexa
Thank you

I found Ranexa to initially be the only thing that eased my chest pains. Over time with heart surgery to fix birth defect, being put in amlodipine, and Repatha, I no longer need Ranexa. I had no problems taking Ranexa. I took 500 mg twice a day. At one point I was on a higher dose but couldn't tolerate it, don't remember why though. I think I started having tremors, but not sure.
