I’ve had Nucala injections every 4 weeks since Nov 2025. I’m taking it to reduce frequency & severity of exacerbations. It seems to help increase my resting O2 saturation rate from 93 to 95%, so that makes me happy. Not sure about other effects.
I took dupixent for about 11 months prior to Nucala. Between these meds, haven’t had any exacerbations and my spirometry was higher than previously, so that’s a plus too.

@hicopd thank you for your info and I hope you are doing better, I go in a couple hours for my shot, I’m just praying it helps, I’m basically out of breath at times walking, it’s weird because sometimes I’m not so bad and other days I’m really out of breath. Those bad days I gotta sit a lot in between doing things. I shall see when and if I get any relief.
