My oncologist recommended Zometa infusions every 6 months for 3 years and I flat out refused to do that or take any other bisphosphonates. I wish I didn't have to take the Anastrazole but too afraid to stop it. Alternatively she suggested switching to Tamoxifen and there's no way I would take that. So here I am trying to get by using natural means.
