Anyone have Vagus nerve problems causing strange, unnerving symptoms?

@hopeful33250 I have had to do my own footwork to find any diagnosis for my various types of vertigo. I have had no tests, except at PT clinic for dizziness and balance. So I'm calling it my syncope episodes just that. I am high output ileostomy, FAP, colorectal cancer stage 3 survivor

@ammiatx when I had some abdominal pain, our first guess was vagus nerve issues, but we quickly moved on to imaging which gave answers…it seems that vagus nerve issues are difficult to diagnose and treat…more info is welcome here.
