Does anybody know approximately how long it takes for severe arrhythmias to calm down, after you switch from Lupron to Orgovyx ? My Cardiologist is pressing me to get a heart ablation. Also when a Petscan shows 13 lymph nodes of the abdomen &pelvis have prostate cancer cells in them, yet my PSA level is 0.02 - does that mean I can stop worrying for awhile or should I be asking about more treatment for these cells. ( I’ve only had the brachy radiation therapy 4 years ago with the gold seeds followed by Lupron 2 years later when the PSA started rising significantly.

I had a real problem with afib Events due to Zytiga. Had four of them in the almost three years I was on it.

I was also on Lupron and switched to Orgovyx At the same time as I switched from Zytiga to Nubeqa. I’ve had no afib events since then. At times I get PACs and PVCs, but my heart rate stays 72 Or below almost all the time. I am on metoprolol Which is a beta blocker that does a fantastic job stopping my pulse from being any higher than 120 even when I’m exercising heavily. My pulse is normally in the 60 range. I am 78 and have had prostate cancer for 16 years.
