A little different as none of my liver enzymes were up, but higher hdl, ldl and triglycerides for years with no treatment. An ultrasound for another issue show what they called fatty liver so I was send for a fibroscan which came back as no evidence of fatty liver and no infiltrations. My young son in law same thing but he has high elevated enzymes, just had his and it showed no fatty liver. Possibly ultrasounds are 'seeing' something else? Not sure but happy we both came back with no evidence.
