No, I have not . I have Bronchiectasis and COPD. Due to the drying effect of histamines and some inhaler medication, I just do the albuterol followed by 7% saline men’s and ACTs to remove as much mucus as possible. I’ve also been on Brinsupri for 2.5 months which has overall decreased my sputum production and inflammation.

@melinda561 Many years ago, I was prescribed similar medications but they made me feel more short of breath. and some contained steroids which can hinder our immune response. There have been occasions where I had antibiotics and steroids temporarily for an acute exacerbation and pneumonia treatment. Again our specific needs and treatments are individual and what works for one may not work for another. Hope you can find a treatment plan
that is effective for you.
