Yes, Jeff. I tried various combinations of the three sizes and the four tightness settings of the Wiesner clamp and selected the option that worked best for both comfort and effectiveness. I used that setup without any issues for many weeks, while regularly changing the placement position.

However, more recently I’ve begun to notice some irritation. I also tried switching out the components, in case the pieces had lost elasticity or effectiveness after repeated use, but that didn’t resolve the slight irritation.
