I would do a sit down with your doctor, but before you go make a diary and do it every day add questions that you have had and some of the very smallest thing can make a lot to doctors.
Have they checked you for fibromyalgia that is chronic fatigue syndrome
And there are many other different types of syndrome out there that could be causing the issue.
I have Hashimoto’s and so I understand your frustration, but take it easy. Go slow and take note and do a diary.
