@krissyme - welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect. Having headaches since childhood seems like a long time, regardless of your current adult age.

Also, experiencing a headache for a month that affects your depth perception and gives you nausea sounds awful.

You mentioned not having an official diagnosis. Have you been to a neurologist specializing in headache? If not, could you ask your primary care doctor for a referral to one?

@lisalucier Yes, I have been to, two neurologist and the first one wouldn’t even prescribe me a medication for them, they were making me come in and get samples and they would only give me three samples at a time. My husband was the one who had to go there and pick up this sample and he was juggling work to get there before they closed the office at five o'clock. The second neurologist prescribed different types of medication and none of them have worked. I know that mine are affected by the barometric pressure, high stress and sometimes it doesn’t seem to be either of those.
