@heyjoe415 Thank you Joey, i'll start ice, ice, ice ! I almost lost control of bowels ( TMI) it was SCARY!
I've had too many MRI'S so insurance wont cover another right now but all indications are its disc herniation.
Once im past this " hiccup" I need to strengthen core, so hard due abdominal injury left years neglected so extensive digestive pain but a while back i strengthen legs/ upper shoulders it helped thoracic back pain / improved my posture.
Oh to be 20 yrs younger, know all the health info thats now available...but determined to enjoy golden years.
May I say: SOME may have heard of Dr Joe Dispenza...im a believer, but adhere to his philosophy or not he teaches, LIVE IN THE GENEROUS PRESENT MOMENT, live in daily Gratitude and Kidness. Love thyself deeply ( so you care enough to be your best version).
This is my daily mantra ...its helped so much on days I wanted to give up.
God Bless All on this Blog...I love how we give freely to each other , our knowledge/ support.
Joey Google Dr Joe, maybe it can help, nothing to loose❤️

Thanks Annie! Living in the moment has been something I've practiced since reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle back in 2005 I think. It is the only way I know to truly enjoy life, even in the hardest times. It takes a lot of practice but is worth it.

Loss of bowel control due to sciatica is not TMI. It's a serious complication called Cauda Equina. For those reading this, please look this condition up so you know the symptoms. If anyone experiences this, get to the ER. It's a very serious form of sciatica that involves loss of bowel control.

And I agree Annie, Mayo Clinic Connect is a great way to share and receive information. I've been on it for about 4 years now, particularly in Joint Disease and Replacements, or somethng like that!

All the best to you Annie! Your spirit is indomitable!

Joe
