@andreweaston I's still get the test done, but there is clearly something going on and I personally would not accept the sort of "it's your fault" diagnosis. I'd see an allergist if you have not already done so. Maybe keep a food diary and any meds, supplements, and OTC meds, with times and what you eat, then the outcome. Also I found out that Nsaids make me sick, especially with an empty stomach so I don't take them anymore unless I'm really hurting. Sometimes we can figure out what's going on better than anyone else. Hope you can find out what's going on and get back to enjoying your youth 🙂
