Hi, this is Marylou. A couple of comments. My Sjogren's seems to be getting worse. I use Biotene gel, spray and Theramints. I am hoping my Rheumatologist can recommend a new biologic. I also have Psoriatic Arthritis. RHeumatoid personality anyone?! I am a physical therapist so I'm well aware of what's going on.
