@charliegirl Thank you for kind recommendations. The Calm by Natural Vitality sounds good because my sleep time could be a lot better. I have been reading lots of articles and comments on message boards about neuropathy. I have pain in my shins and ankles. It could be tendintus or neuropathy although I don't have pins and needles, I have a burning or vice grip feeling that started after I turned the tension up on my exercise bicycle and a couple weeks later it started. I need to find out the reason I have pain. Right now I am taking Vitamin 23 , 5000 methylated; and magnesium 200. According to articles and message boards it takes awhile for nerves to heal if it is neuropathy. I hope your days ahead are better too. I will be looking for your sleep aid and hope it helps me too....we are all different but sometimes heal the same.

@starbright375 A tens unit helps neuropathy in my foot. I had a knee replacement many years ago, and the doctor completely cut a nerve leading to my foot. I've had the needles feeling in my foot every since. After about 15 years, I thought of my tens unit and tried it. What a relief for about 4 nights. Now I use it about once a week. I've read if you have heart issues, you shouldn't use near your heart. I do have heart issues, but my foot is not near my heart, so I decided to use it. That info came from AI.
