Thank you so much for replying Steve! How are you doing now? My son probably needs B12 too, his level is in the 360s...but he eats chicken. Due to his gastric reflux and all the meds he has to take, he cannot eat much. But any supplement causes him more reflux, so I was worried.
Would you mind sharing what electrolytes you take and how you take them? Also, do you take any particular form of B12?

I drink Gator aid in moderation. There is a lot of sugar and salt in it. I drink plenty of water and avoid things that cause dehydration. The vagus nerves affect everyone differently. When I have what I call a vagus nerve attack it causes all the moisture in my body to come out in my sweat. Even though I am already dehydrated. That is dangerous. It causes heart issues and blood pressure issues and balance issues. I hope and pray the best for you and your family. @shwetashah
