I have had no vitamin D deficiency. It was 60 on the last lab work.
I realize vitamins alone will not be deficient and I am doing weight bearing exercises.
I am not asking for help with treating osteoporosis. I am only looking for recommendations for a good vitamin D3+K2 supplement since I just ran out of the one I've been using and thinking of changing.
I know you mean well but I am just looking for a new supplement.
