I have found that if I keep hydrated and electrolytes that my vagus nerves stay controllable. I have superficial siderosis. So my central nervous system is contaminated by iron deposits on my cerebellum my spinal cord and my brain stem. Please see Mayo Clinc/Steve GRINSTEAD.

Thank you so much for replying Steve! How are you doing now? My son probably needs B12 too, his level is in the 360s...but he eats chicken. Due to his gastric reflux and all the meds he has to take, he cannot eat much. But any supplement causes him more reflux, so I was worried.
Would you mind sharing what electrolytes you take and how you take them? Also, do you take any particular form of B12?
