Osteoporosis quite severe if I started hrt now will it help . I am 74

@mo215 so far, four months on, I am a lot of pain as it has changed my biomechanics. At 75 that’s a big deal!! I do think that my sacroiliac joint dysfunction and hypermobility has always been the real source of pain so now I have even more to recovery from and try to heal . I can’t tell you how much this is all affecting my sleep , my life and my mental health too. I am a real tryer but I feel beaten right now .

@tiny28 I can so understand why you would feel beaten right now. At 75 it is a big deal and your body might need longer to recuperate. Also, maybe physical therapy might help the change in your body. I hope your able to start feeling better.
