@ezupcic Starting my post-bloodwork ritual of masala chai in the little Indian café across the street from the hospital lab.

It may not look like much in the photo, but it's the real thing: they roast the spices in the pan first, then add ginger, and finally simmer the milk and tea. I have to wait a while, but it's worth it.
