It does sound awful that you are so uncomfortable and cannot find relief. Good news is you have an attentive doctor pursuing colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures that will help you know more soon!
I have had my share of pain but I am not sure I recognize what is happening with you. As you wait for others to comment you may find it helpful to browse through other discussions. Certainly do your try your own searches, and maybe try what I found below.

You mention an unbearable last 2 weeks. Is this when all your symptoms started happening? Have you tried ice or heat? Can you find a tolerable position?

Checking back in after a few months! I had these symptoms for years and could never really pinpoint what the cause was, although it would come and go in severity. About 2 months ago, I got a blood panel done, and was subsequently diagnosed with Alpha Gal Syndrome! It has been an interesting time for sure, but I am feeling MUCH better after making the necessary dietary cuts and lifestyle changes. Hopefully there is more research and patient outreach over the next few years as positive cases are beginning to be more tracked!
