I hate that I feel this way, but I wish my husband would sleep more... he needs to be involved in so much of what I'm doing, I crave the "me" time. It's terrible, but this is where I'm at.

@cyds My husband goes to bed about 10 pm and gets up about 9 am. I go to bed about 1 am and get up about 10:30 am. I have about 3-4 hours in the evening, and I have enough sleep (I also have disabilities), and he goes to respite one day a week, 10-3. He also naps in the morning (in his chair watching TV) before I get up. So by rearranging our schedule, I have me time. I make all apt. times in the afternoon and encourage all family and friends to visit then.
