My wife and I had a food sensitivity test some years ago through a medical physician. Recently while packing for a move, we came across them (we had misplaced them a few years ago). They are cool cards that you carry with you in your wallet and pulled them out while ordering in a restaurant or while cooking to remember what one should not be eating. I would definitely go get this test. You are further than we are with this process. That was a brilliant move to take the allergy or sensitivity foods out and put them back in one by one to see which ones are really problematic. Thanks for that idea, I want to try that.
