Yes I've experienced bad headaches then after a 3rd Injection they lessened. When I went up in dose to 1mg I had headache again but for just couple days. I experienced nausea too. No appetite. Things tasted different. Things I liked didn't appeal to me anymore. Drink lots of water 💧! That helped a lot plus Tylenol and I was taking a CVS generic brand of pepcid AC as I was having indigestion, I'd wake up and have indigestion. I did cut out coffee and I loved my coffee but it didn't appeal to me anymore. Gren tea was way better. Rest as needed and take care of yourself! I went from 186 of prednisone weight to now 156. 30 lbs in 4 months. But if I exercise more it'll go quicker. I was like you I was tired but then 3 days after injecting semaglutide I had a natural energy. I think the getting tired part is because you may like me be low on protein. That will show up in blood test. Pretty normal when your not eating as much and metabolizing food is slow. Good luck on your journey !! 😊😊
