I’ve had strange neurological and other symptoms for almost almost 30 years now and I have gotten an absolutely no answers from my doctor except like you. It’s probably anxiety. My IBS has gotten extremely worse. I still have some of the symptoms from decades ago others have come and gone. New ones have come on . Some have stayed some have gone. My doctors just don’t know how to connect the dots pretty much they just don’t really care to find an answer. I feel unwell almost every day.
