Anybody have a skin rash reaction while on ADT
Hi everybody,
I’m about a year in on my second round of ADT, first round was about a year and a half, then I had a year vacation.
And I’m having a weird skin reaction on my front torso, that I’ve never had before, it is hard to see, but I can feel all these little bumps.
Thanks for any insight

I have exactly what you describe. Very small bumps all over my chest and stomach that are really hard to see.
I thought they were caused by nubeqa. Could be orgovyx.
I am on six month Lupron plus Nubequa. And yes, I have the same rash. Small red itchy spots on torso and I think my PLC skin condition is worse for the year I’ve been on these. Don’t know which is the cause or both !

Not a rash but I have the little bumps. Just assumed that's where the hair used to be.
I had that. A dermatologist gave me a cream to get rid of it. It was due to sweating in that area from hot flashes. Basically, you want to keep the pores clean and open. Cooling the area is key.

The little bumps of rash are on my stomach and chest. Even though I’ve had hot flashes for years, I have never had sweat in my stomach. Those spots do not itch at all. They’re so small that one day I was standing in front of the mirror and noticed them, Don’t know how long they’ve been there.
I do have some spots that do itch on either side of my hip and the middle of my back. My dermatologist has given me a prescription for Triamcinolon which works quite well to stop the itching. In some spots, I have to put it on almost every day.

My ADT of choice has been Firmagon. And what I got were little bumps mostly on my back. My wife did notice it too, and we could actually take our fingernails and knock them off fairly easily. It didn’t itch, they were not a rash, just little tiny bumps. And I figure it must have something to do with the Firmagon. And it seemed like they were more prevalent like a week or two after taking the shot. Then they would calm down and then reappear.
I'm on Orgovyx - no rash but I suspect my itching skin may be due to the drug.
@climateguy I don’t see any rash on skin, where the itching started, it is a little bit darker than the skin around it, like slightly brown patches. There Is a brown patch on the top of one of my feet, if I don’t treat it occasionally with Triamcinolon it becomes darker and darker and the brown skin gets thicker. Strange side effects of the drugs.

Among other side effects like migraines, brain fog, and bone pain, Lupron caused severe sweating from the top of my head to the tips of my toes, 24 hours a day for 9 months after a 3-month shot. This caused me to get a severe case of fungal infection on my genitals and all the way up the sides of my stomach. I had to stop taking Lupron mainly for this reason. I think my problem is rare, but it was overwhelming.
