@premi —79 —-reversal was done by scope (?) Exercise and lifting was to be avoided for 8-10 weeks. I have an appointment with my primary care physician on 3/23.

If it was done by the scope then now the distension should have nothing to do with the recurrence of a hernia..If the distension is not having any pain on touching then resuming some abdominal exercise usually helps.As we grow older the muscle tone is lost and there is a distension due to lack of exercise.I really hope it is going to be as simple as this in your review.Best of recovery for you
