You seem to have a good 8 weeks to gain back most of your strength; I would lobby for Orgovyx, if possible, since your recovery should be quicker than with Lupron.
No one can predict how anyone will react - if at all - to treatment, but your strong desire to travel will, in fact, energize you. Personally, I would go since it will be a nice reward after all that hard work…Bon Voyage!
