Your point is well taken, however I along with others have commented on "why did I not know about my CKD until I reached stage 3". The "why" is because your doctor may not have considered the possible conditions associated with H.B. , i.e CKD. Hence, it continued to degrade the Kidneys, along with other factors, until it became apparent around Stage 3 or so. The fact is no one starts with Stage 3.
