I also had been taking a baby aspirin daily for years (not prescribed by my Dr) and I also stopped taking that.
If you are also avoiding salt that may help to lower your blood pressure, but good to discuss with your dr. I dont have blood pressure issues so, hard to say.

Indeed! With my new diet, my pressure has been the lowest ever…but it can still go high! Now, however, many a times it’s 120, or even lower, and now a days my new normal is around 130-140. So grateful and so much better than a normal of 160-190! Aspirin, Something to discuss with my doctor! Thank you, kindly!
