@dbeshears1 - Can you share what kind/brand/type of Magnesium you take? There are so many out there. I usually take Liposomal (liquid) Vitamin C and B12 through Manna. I've tried various pill types, but I don't notice anything improving, including my restless legs. I'm on 75mg of Lyrica 3x a day - it's becoming less effective. I also take 600mg R-ALA (Immunovites). I definitely notice a difference if I stop taking it. Thanks for sharing.

@brennankb55 I just buy the drug store specials for vitamins, usually CVS or Walgreens has Nature’s Best or another one on sale buy one get one free. I take 100 mg every other day, mostly because I take a low dose of iron (for other reasons) every other day and the Magnesium helps keep the GI system balanced as well as giving my legs strength and less restless. I accidentally bought 400 mg pills once, and found that it was too high (even cut in half); it made me weak and the GI overactive. So with trial & error have learned that 100 every other day is what my good spot is. A doctor recommended Lyrica once but he couldn’t explain how it would change anything (but possible weight gain) so we agreed to not change anything.
