Hi! With your message, it also got me thinking bout aspirin. Though I have also learned how NSAIDS are harmful ( so I also avoid at all costs) my doctor has me on a baby aspirin daily regimen. I have noticed, due my new plant based protein diet, my blood pressure is also lowering. Something to ask my doctor, but if you have any insight…by all means!! 🙂

@dgr8im Yes, my doctor (the same one who noticed my creatine number) had me on baby aspirin and I recently stopped that.

I also had been taking a baby aspirin daily for years (not prescribed by my Dr) and I also stopped taking that.
If you are also avoiding salt that may help to lower your blood pressure, but good to discuss with your dr. I dont have blood pressure issues so, hard to say.
