If you have a positive attitude and are willing to recognize that you may not feel 100%, then go for it.
I had a 10 - 20% "power diminition" from ADT Orgovyx (which you may want to consider vs Lupron).
Sounds as if you are someone who would push through any fatigue.
ADT impacts different men differently.
