@mygoodgirls I have been using premarin vagcream for 20 years and I've been happy with how I felt. My recent diagnosis of a small breast tumor , followed by lumpectomy and soon radiation and then tamoxifen. My tumor is fed by estrogen and I was advised to stop the cream. I am in the process of finding a help for my 77 year old vagina. I had major pelvic surgery for enterocele, cyctocele ,lifting and realigning the vagina uplifted. At the time, I was started the premarin cream and was advised to always use it to keep vagina tissue healthy and stay uptight. This is very concerning and hope to find a suitable treatment .
