@loplady I am in the UK. I purchased it from Bone Balance. I don’t know whether they can export it or not . It has been scientifically proven to help build bones spine and hip . It is a collagen and youbuse one scoop of powder a day into tea or coffee or cereal or yoghurt . No side effects at all. I am 75 diagnosed severe osteoporosis but recently undergone a spinal fusion major operation . I was told my bones were strong enough to hold a cage and two screws !! It’s a tough journey but I am trying to do it the natural way as I am very sensitive to meds of any form . Good luck

@loplady I use Dr Keith McCormick’s formula called Collagen-Pep which is pure Fortibone. Many people on here have read his books or have used him for consultations. He is very well respected. I started his powder a year ago and have hair and nails growing like weeds and my DEXA improve 3/10th in my hip and 1/10th spine but I also work out with light weights so hard to attribute any or all gains to the collagen! It certainly is doing something good for my hair and nails though with obvious results!
