The surgeon indicated I had three hernias. She removed the largest which was adjacent to and caused the ostemy to appear raised. The other two smaller hernias were not surgically repaired. She indicated having something done with the two smaller hernias was not necessary to surgically reverse the original surgery.

Have all the hernias appeared after the first surgery?
It is 9 weeks now.Any surgical reaction should subside in 8 weeks.Ask them whether you can start abdominal exercises.They help a lot in toning the abdominal muscles which have lost their tone or muscle mass.Is it ok for you to tell your age,it matters too.
