@irenea8 are you thinking to stop it? I’m almost at the six month mark and starting to see quality of life benefits.

@scoop
You have sure been an advocate for Brinsupri! Glad it is helping you. Yes as of today I stopped it. I have had 3 SEVERE Vertigo attacks accompanied by heart racing and flushed face. And a feeling of being on the verge of Vertigo much of the time which is not something I can live with. AI is not very clear but does seem to link it with possible side effect of dizziness or vertigo, heart racing. It could be some sort of a hypersensitivity reaction or allergic reaction? I cannot know for sure it is the Brinsupri but must stop in case it is. I have tried many times to contact my Pulmo without success. Additionally I have seen no benefits as of 8 weeks but not stopping because of that. I also have been very exacerbated since before Brinsupri so that is another factor which makes this hard to sort out. Brinsupri will not address the infection and my pulmo probably should have opted for attempted treatment instead of Brinsupri.

@scoop, Glad to hear that Brisupri works for you. When youy say that you start seeing quality of life benefits, could you elaborate a bit? I imagine it is due to lessen the mucus production?
I am also close to six months old. I don't know if it works for me because when I started I had shortness of breath and fast heart beats. Shortly after taking Brisdupri, the symptoms were gone, but not long after they came back. After seeing my pulmonologist, he said that I had a flare-up. 5 days of prednisone cleared everything. Now my pulmonologist thinks that my symptoms were related to elevated eosinophil. It is so hard to sort things out, everything murky and blended together.

Hope you are continuing doing well.
