@gingerw thanks for info…my eGFR went down a bit, since my last blood draw (get them every 3 months as a recent cancer survivor)…. Due to having mild osteoporosis, I had recently added a bone supplement (calcium,D3, K2) and extra protein, dairy and exercises…so, I’ll cut back on protein/dairy, watch salt and hydrate more and more …i also had some stress in recent weeks, will work in reducing that..and see how my efforts affect numbers in the next test…one of the benefits of frequent blood draws is learning more about my own body.

@nycmusic You hit the proverbial "nail on the head". Stress can play a big part in results, as can change in any medications [Rx or over-the-counter]. They tell us usually to watch our protein. It's a real balancing act, to be sure. Yep, I get two lab draws a month, usually, and find myself "eating for the numbers", also!
