I say GO FOR IT! My radiation issues were none at all. The ADT can be another story. I'm a bit more tired and the hot flashes are kinda annoying but not a huge deal. I walk between 3-4 miles everyday myself and it's a rather brisk pace. You can do it!!!! You won't regret it, but that's just my humble opinion. 🙂
