Hi. I had pseudomonas and Levoquin got rid of it. Because I am a “ complicated “ case I take Levoquin twice weekly and nebulize up to four times daily. Hope that helps you with your question. I have had MAC, RSV, and most recently MRSA pneumonia. But the pseudomonas has never come back. Irene5

What is a pseudomonas infection? Is this a Mac thing? @irene5
@irene5 I have pseudomonas and tried IV Meropenem. It did nothing. Now I am on Levoquin. I have inflamed tendons in my left foot. The Achilles has not ruptured so the podiatrist put me in a boot to protect the foot while I am on the treatment. I don’t know my outcome yet. I’m still taking the drug. I’m hopeful.
