@proctors112 , it also depends on how they take it, are they giving you at least some time to calm down before slapping that cuff on ? Even at my cardiologist they v slap that cuff on as soon as I sit down. And continue to b talk with me while measuring.

For sure. I noticed they have to concentrate more with a manual monitor. With an automated monitor--they talk, blah, blah and pay very little attention to whether your bp goes up with talking, which mine does.
