I have a MOVE Power Plate and it has improved my spine scores. I have osteoporosis. I bought the unit used and it was barely used. Power Plate brand has documentation available on line that shows even when only standing on it, it improves bone density. BC I can only obtain a dexascan every 2 years under insurance, I have to wait until 2027 to see how much more I am improved. I was on recast for 4 infusions; now on a break but after the last infusion I began to have leg pain.

Thank you for I really appreciate all of the suggestions on what others use as that’s a better place for me to start. I want to get one or use one. But I don’t want to invest in something that’s risky or pointless.
Darn I am sorry you now have the new pain. Associated with your treatments?
Frustrating insurance only pays every two years
I’m still fighting with our old insurance to pay for my earlier Evenity infusions. They claim it’s not medically necessary! Ugh. Lots to work through yet
