@jeffmarc ok. I think that’s what the Orgovyx is? ADT? I am to start 39 weeks of radiation next and then another pill (?) on top of Orgovyx. Thanks for the info, I have more knowledge to inquire with them.

Yes, Orgovyx is ADT. It’s also a little bit easier with side effects.
Yes, you should be on another pill besides Orgovyx. That’s an ARPI, that includes Zytiga or one of the lutamides.
What you have is aggressive, so you need to treat it aggressively. One good advantage of being on the second pill is that it prevents the ADT from making you become castrate resistant Sooner.
