@lummy I had a tough time adjusting to this, my advice get a good nutritionist, also how well you digest your food, I also digest my food slow. so doing most of my feed at night. That works best for me. The main thing is finding the right balance so you don’t feel like you are hooked up to a machine all day. Your nutritionist will be able to give you good advice.
